We have been working with Miller Harris to re-activate and manage their social media channels. After a period of change within the business, social media had fallen to the wayside – but the brand were aware of the importance of social in brand awareness and driving sales.
We have been collaborating with the brand’s PR and marketing team, as well as the ecommerce and eCRM agency UnfoldLondon to maintain consistent messaging through all consumer touch points. The increased frequency and relevance of posting has increased click through rate and resulted in sales referrals through social media channels, and an increase in vanity metrics such as likes and followers.
In addition to social media services we reworked the brand’s web copy to improve SEO and sales. The increased organic traffic has allowed the brand to free up budget from advertising for other projects.
