An exploration of the classic eau de cologne genre in perfumery. Uplifting, energising and refreshing, COLOGNE: ORANGE opens with bergamot and both sweet and bitter varieties of orange. Leafy-green petitgrain and bright herbal notes accent the floralcy of neroli and orange blossom. The mossy-woods drydown is included for longevity.

The formula utilises every material from the orange tree and is designed for the perfumer’s enjoyment, personal use, and liberal application.

INSPIRATION

Pia created the original version of this fragrance to wear to a citrus harvest in Calabria. Having kept it to herself for years, she worked to build an homage to the orange tree and all that it offers to perfumers: the green leaves of petitgrain, sweet and bitter orange oils, and the flowers extracted two ways.

COLOGNE: ORANGE is also a nod to her favourite genre of fragrance: the aromatic barbershop freshie.
